Terms of Use
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of dMAT Hub (dmathub.com). By using the site, you agree to them. We've tried to keep this readable rather than dense — if anything is unclear, emailcontact@dmathub.com.
1. Our services
dMAT Hub is an independent exam-preparation resource for the dMAT test. We provide practice questions, study guides, and planning tools. We are not affiliated with g.a.s.t., DAAD, APS India, or any German university — always verify official requirements directly with those organisations.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Some features may require an account (coming soon). You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be able to legally agree to these terms in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. Intellectual property
The content on dMAT Hub — including our guides, generated practice questions, design, and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use it for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without asking us first at contact@dmathub.com.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy our content or question bank
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the site outside normal browsing
- Impersonate another person or misuse another user's account
- Use the site for anything illegal or that could harm other users
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
5. Payments & PRO access
PRO is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the features described on our pricing section, processed securely through Razorpay. Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated clearly at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change PRO's price or feature set for future purchases, but this won't remove access you've already paid for.
6. Disclaimer
dMAT Hub is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and practice questions useful, but we don't guarantee the site is error-free, that our questions perfectly match the real exam, or that using dMAT Hub will result in any particular score. Our Preparation Readiness Score is our own estimate, not an official predicted result — treat it as a study aid, not a guarantee.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, dMAT Hub and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
