Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
dMAT Hub ("we," "us," "our") built this site to help students prepare for the dMAT exam. This notice explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use dmathub.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us atcontact@dmathub.com and we'll explain further.
1. What information we collect
Most of dMAT Hub works without you creating an account or giving us anything at all — practice sessions, puzzle generation, and the route checker all run in your browser. We collect information in two situations:
We also automatically collect basic technical information common to nearly every website — your browser type, general device information, and which pages you visit — to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. This information doesn't identify you personally.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — running practice sessions, saving your progress, generating your Preparation Readiness Score
- To respond when you contact us with a question or issue
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and features are actually useful, so we can improve them
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
3. Cookies & local storage
dMAT Hub uses your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — to remember your theme, font, and practice session preferences on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. If we add account-based features, a small session cookie may be used to keep you signed in; we'll update this notice when that happens.
4. When we share information
We share information only in narrow, specific situations:
- Service providers who help us run the site — for example, Razorpay for payment processing, if and when you upgrade to PRO
- Legal reasons — if required to comply with a valid legal request
- Business changes — if dMAT Hub is ever acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that, under the same protections described here
We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
5. How we keep it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — you should also take care with your own account credentials and avoid sharing them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask what we've collected. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@dmathub.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
7. Changes to this notice
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it on the site. We encourage checking back occasionally.
8. Contact us
